Immigration to UAE from India for Work: A Step-By-Step Process
The UAE immigration process is a bit long, but it is easy to understand and complete. The immigration requirements for the UAE require you to have a work visa to be able to live and work in the UAE. You will need to complete the following steps to secure this visa and complete your immigration to UAE from India.
Step 1: Employment Visa Quota Approval
This step needs to be taken by the employer, who needs to apply for the employment visa quota approval with the Ministry of Labour. The company itself has certain quotas that limit the number of foreign employees that can be hired. Thus, approval by the Ministry of Labour is necessary to proceed.
Step 2: Submit a Signed Contract of Employment
The employee (you) and the employer must both sign an employment contract that serves as your proof of income. It highlights the salary, company benefits, allowances, etc. allotted to you. UAE rules suggest this must be submitted within 14 days of quota approval.
Step 3: Entry Permit Application
