WorkAbroad.in is committed to ensuring clarity and transparency regarding refunds. By availing our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be processed.

General Refund Guidelines

1. Refund Timeline: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 60 working days after the client submits the WorkAbroad Refund Claim Form along with necessary supporting documents, such as a copy of the payment receipt. Failure to provide these documents will render the client ineligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Fees: Consultation fees paid are non-refundable under most circumstances. Specific exceptions are detailed below.

Refund in Case of Withdrawal or Exam Failure

1. Client Withdrawal: No refund will be granted if the client withdraws, abandons, or decides to discontinue their application after signing up.

2. Language Proficiency: Clients are required to take mandatory language tests like IELTS or TEF and achieve the required scores. Failure to meet these requirements or provide valid certificates will disqualify the client from any refund.

Refund in Case of Non-Submission of Documents

1. Clients are advised to submit all required documents promptly for smooth application processing. Delays may impact the outcome.

2. Penalties:

   • A 20% penalty on WorkAbroad.in fees will be charged if the client fails to submit documents within 60 working days from the agreement date.
   • Delays exceeding 120 days will result in the case being classified as “voluntarily abandoned,” and no refund will be issued.

3. If the client wishes to hold the process for more than 4 months, they must notify their case officer via email and pay an additional fee of ₹15,000.

Refund in Case of Rejection by Immigration Authorities

1. Refunds will be considered only if the rejection is supported by valid documentation such as a rejection letter or stamp from the respective Immigration Authority.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • Medical test failures.
   • Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months).
   • Inability to demonstrate sufficient settlement funds.
   • Submission of fraudulent documents or information.
   • Non-compliance with additional document requests from Immigration Authorities.

3. Clients failing to meet the Invitation to Apply (ITA) submission deadline or other critical milestones will not qualify for a refund.

Specific Non-Refundable Scenarios

WorkAbroad.in’s fees are 100% non-refundable in the following cases:

1. The client fails to submit the online application with necessary supporting documents within 60 days of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
2. The client fails to attend a visa interview requested by Immigration Authorities.
3. The client abandons or withdraws their application for personal reasons.
4. Credential Evaluation or Skills Assessment is positive, but the client does not provide the required documents to proceed with the visa application.
5. Changes in government policies or delays from Immigration Authorities.

Other Refund Scenarios

1. Refunds will be processed within 60 working days upon receiving the Refund Claim Form with all required documents, including payment receipts.
2. Failure to submit the necessary documents with the refund claim will result in disqualification from receiving a refund.

Disclaimer

2. Service Interruptions: Delays or rejections due to unforeseen changes in government regulations or other external factors are beyond WorkAbroad.in’s control and are not grounds for a refund.

Governing Law

By engaging with WorkAbroad.in, clients acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by the laws of India and resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi.
