NOTICE TO CLIENTS

Payments to WorkAbroad.in:

When you make a payment to WorkAbroad.in, it is your right to demand a receipt for the same. WorkAbroad.in issues receipts for all payments made to the company. An acknowledgment of payments is sent from our central software. If you have any questions regarding payments to WorkAbroad.in, please send an email to accounts@workabroad.in.

Payments to WorkAbroad.in Staff:

You are strongly advised against making any additional payments to any WorkAbroad.in employee. If any employee offers to fabricate your profile or procure documents for an additional fee, immediately inform management so that appropriate action can be taken. Please note: the company is not liable for any verbal or written agreement entered into with a WorkAbroad.in employee or their references. Payments made directly to any employee for additional services are outside the company’s responsibility.

Vendors Referred by WorkAbroad.in Staff:

We strongly discourage using services from vendors suggested by WorkAbroad.in employees, as such referrals are not endorsed or permitted by the company. WorkAbroad.in is not liable for any losses or fraud resulting from engaging with vendors referred by employees.

Fraudulent Documentation:

WorkAbroad.in does not accept cases involving fraudulent documentation or information. Cases are processed based on the assumption that all client-provided information is truthful and accurate. The company is not liable for any incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation submitted by clients.

Note:

  • “Beware of any company impersonating WorkAbroad.in. The company will not be held responsible for such impersonation.”
  • Employees of WorkAbroad.in are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal practices. Violations are against company policy, and WorkAbroad.in cannot be held liable for employee misconduct.

Protect Yourself:

To avoid fraud or rejection by immigration authorities, clients should follow these guidelines:

  1. Never submit forged documents or information. Applications with falsified documents will be refused and may lead to further investigation by authorities.
  2. Do not trust employees who promise faster processing or guaranteed outcomes for additional fees. Decisions are made solely by visa officers of the respective country.
  3. Be cautious of fake visa officers or fraudulent websites. Always verify information through official government portals.
  4. Exercise caution with job or visa offers that seem too good to be true. Scams often involve promises of high-paying jobs or guaranteed visas in exchange for money.
  5. Avoid entering into any arrangement of convenience suggested by employees. Such actions may result in financial loss, visa refusal, or a ban.

Important Notices:

  • Immigration authorities, including those in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, have zero tolerance for fraud. Fraudulent activities can result in severe consequences, including visa refusal, a 10-year ban, and legal action by Indian or foreign authorities.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their visa applications. WorkAbroad.in advises against engaging in any fraudulent practices.

Jobs:

WorkAbroad.in is a licensed recruitment agency in India that works with overseas employers and placement agencies. We assist in connecting candidates to overseas opportunities but do not guarantee jobs. No employee is authorized to promise job placements. If an employee attempts to do so, please report it immediately.

Guarantees:

WorkAbroad.in does not guarantee a job or visa. We provide counseling and guidance on immigration and overseas careers. Visa decisions are made by immigration departments, and job offers are at the discretion of employers. Employees are not authorized to influence these decisions. If such promises are made, please notify us immediately.
